As the Operations Manager, you know how to bring out the best in your team and you are ready to grow as a professional. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the riders fleet and ensuring customer satisfaction levels exceed expectations. Leading in the recruitment of quality motor riders into the fleet.
Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
Managing riders so they adhere to strict schedules.
Supervise a (future) team of junior fleet managers, providing them with training and coaching as necessary.
Monitor work quality to make sure we consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Prepare motor riders’ schedules.
Communicate well with leadership and clients.
What You Need to Succeed at DCL
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Two or more years of experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL), and/or two or more years of managerial/supervisory experience.
An understanding of last mile delivery operations and supply chain management.
Proficiency with Google Docs and standardized billing software.
It’d be great if you also have:
Experience with basic administrative work.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.

Have good communication skills with both leadership, clients as motor riders.
Be hands-on in problem solving.
